Cookies Policy

Updated 23 August 2026 Version 1.0 Applies to gmsoftwareltd.com — not to the Breeze app

1The short version

The Breeze app uses no cookies and contains no analytics of any kind. These website pages set no cookies of their own and run no scripts of their own — but they are served under gmsoftwareltd.com, where GM Software Ltd uses Google Tag Manager to collect basic visit statistics. That is the one thing on this site that may store something in your browser, and it is described in section 4.

2What a cookie is, and what we would use one for

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store and send back on your next visit. They are used for keeping you signed in, remembering a preference, or recognising you across sites for advertising. This site has no sign-in, no preference to remember and no advertising, so it stores nothing.

3Local storage and similar technologies

We use no localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, web beacons, tracking pixels or browser fingerprinting.

4Third-party services on this site

Google Tag Manager

Our website uses Google Tag Manager to collect basic visit statistics — how many people reach a page, and roughly where from — so we know whether anyone is reading. It may set cookies in your browser and it processes your IP address. It is used for the website only; the Breeze app contains nothing of the kind. See Google's privacy policy, and Google's own opt-out browser add-on if you would rather not be counted.

Google Fonts

These pages load their typeface (DM Sans and DM Mono) from Google Fonts. Your browser fetches the stylesheet from fonts.googleapis.com and the font files from fonts.gstatic.com. Like any web request this carries your IP address and browser user-agent to Google, and the fonts are then cached in your browser. It sets no cookie, and we receive nothing from it. The Breeze app fetches the same typeface on first launch, which is disclosed in the Privacy Policy, section 10.

5Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, user-agent — for security and to keep the site running. We do not use them to build a profile of anyone, do not combine them with anything else, and do not try to identify visitors from them. They are kept only as long as the provider keeps them, and we do not export or archive them.

6Controlling this in your browser

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies, and most let you refuse third-party scripts; doing either leaves these pages fully functional, since nothing here depends on them. If you would rather not load fonts from Google, blocking fonts.gstatic.com leaves the pages readable in your system typeface — the layout is designed to survive it.

7Changes

If this site begins to use a service beyond the two named in section 4, this page will say so and the effective date will change. Where the law requires consent before a cookie is set, a consent mechanism will be added rather than the disclosure quietly widening.
