Refund Policy

Updated 24 August 2026 Version 1.0 Applies to Breeze Premium

1Who actually issues refunds

Breeze Premium is sold by the App Store and Google Play, never by us directly. The money goes to Apple or Google, and only Apple or Google can send it back. We have no access to your payment method and no button that would issue a refund — a page claiming otherwise would be wasting your time at the moment you least want it wasted.

What we can do is help your request succeed, and we will. See section 4.

3Cancelling is not the same as a refund

Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund one that has already happened, and it does not end your current period early — Premium stays active until the period you paid for runs out. If you want your money back for a charge that has already landed, you need a refund request as well as a cancellation.

Cancel at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. The same links are inside the app, on the paywall and in Settings. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep the app for the rest of the period you have already paid for. After that Breeze needs an active subscription again, because there is no free tier for it to fall back to. The lifetime purchase is not affected by any of this and cannot lapse.

4What we will do to help

Write to developer@gmsoftwareltd.com with your order ID and what happened. Depending on the case we will:

5Cases we will always back

How much space Breeze can recover depends entirely on what is on your device, and no cleaner can promise a figure in advance. A scan finding less than you hoped is therefore not by itself a defect — but because Breeze is a paid app with no free tier, you cannot find that out before paying, and we do not think you should carry that risk alone. If a scan genuinely recovers nothing for you, say so and we will support your refund request with the store.

6Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law where you live. Consumers in the EU and the UK generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, subject to the rules on content whose supply has begun. Those rights are exercised through the store that sold you the app, and they exist regardless of what this page says.
